OUR CRAFT
Three generations of the Ferreira family have perfected the art of smoke. What began as a small curing house along the Douro has evolved into Porto's most celebrated charcuterie destination. Every cut is hand-selected from farms in Trás-os-Montes, dry-cured with sea salt from the Algarve, and slow-smoked over oak and cherry wood for up to 72 hours.
